DukaanRegister (Private) Limited (“DukaanRegister”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a multi-tenant cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for mobile phone retail stores, repair labs, and electronics wholesalers across Pakistan.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, protect, and handle data when shop owners, managers, cashiers, technicians, and their customers interact with our application, point-of-sale terminals, and cloud services.

2. Data We Collect

To deliver cloud inventory, POS billing, and Udhaar ledgers, we collect the following categories of information:

Tenant Account Information: Shop name, business owner name, CNIC (where required for tax verification), email address, mobile phone number, NTN/STRN, and shop physical address.
Serialized Device & Inventory Data: 15-digit International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI 1 & IMEI 2) numbers, serial numbers, phone brands, models, storage configurations, PTA DIRBS compliance status, cosmetic conditions, and supplier purchase invoices.
Transaction & Customer Ledger Data: Customer contact phone numbers (for sending itemized WhatsApp digital invoices), sales totals, payments via Cash, Meezan Bank, SBP Raast, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, and running Khata (Udhaar) balances.
Repair Lab Diagnostics: Customer fault descriptions, pattern locks/passcodes provided voluntarily for testing, hardware inspection notes, replaced spare parts, and technician assignments.
System Usage & Audit Logs: Timestamped records of inventory additions, price adjustments, stock transfers, cash register closures, and staff user logins for fraud prevention.
